Poors a nice golden color but with little head and some lacing. The aromas are very malty with some pear and green grapes. There is subtle hint of noble hops.
It tastes sweet and refreshing with a dryness that fairly accomodates the grainy quality of the malt. A very satisfying hops bitterness at the end of the sip calls for another one right away.
A decent kölsch.

Makes for a delicious thirst quencher! I've been a bit overboard with 9% beers from Unibroue during xmas time.
This bomber was gone in half an hour! easy to drink and interesting enough to want to finish the bomber.
ibu 16 and 5.4 a/v. Lots of malt and some apple-pear feel. Had it with some salmon and it was great.

Standard blonde color with absolutely no head.
Lots of malts in the nose, biscuit, cereals, some fruitiness (orange) too and some yeast.
Lots of malts in the mouth also, not really well balance in my opinion. The yeasts bring a good taste but it's too subtle.
Really easy to drink, but not a big fan.

A:
Pours a hazy honey gold with a thick two fingers of gloppy off-white head. Settles to a finger or so and then a film. Okay retention; tad bit of lacing.
S:
Yeasty and summer-like. Yeasty spice, funk, warm dough, oak, barnyard, oats.
T:
Oats and some funky sourness. horse blanket, wood, lime zest, some malty cereal flavors and a little drying from the hops.
M:
Thin, crisp, and drinkable. Light bodied with low ABV, good gentle finish, subtle sourness doesn't burn you out.
O:
Pretty interesting beer.
This is a thirst-quencher if there ever was. It is as easy drinking as a Kölsch, but is kind of a not-in-your-face sour. They call it a "Summer Sour Ale." Anyway, I am really not a fan of sours, but with their increase in popularity and the ensuing bandwagon the increase in subtly soured beers is much more pleasant to me (maybe I just still need converting hahaha).
Likely won't have again, but you never know; good try for someone into sours and maybe even Kölsch beers.
