Amberish ale going on the golden. Very shy head and head retention.
Smell of cereal, grapefruit and shy hint of coriandre.
Taste is at first bitter, not very hoppy neither malted. In between sour and bitter with a hint of fruit, pepper and cereal with a dry finish.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander, pepper and white wine notes is quite nice. Taste is also a good mix between some coriander notes with light peppery notes, vinous notes with a light hoppy finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Well brewed with nice level of complexity and right amount of drinkability.
