This seasonal bock was a dark brown beer with a small amount of foam. The smell was good for a bock, light and caramel-malty. The taste was good: sweet and malty. The mouthfeel was good, though slightly thinner than I expected. It was smooth with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable, but fairly strong.
I was told: "It is brewed only in wintertime before Christmas. It is a very strong beer, alcohol about 7%. It has a sweet character. We are using a special malt, it´s name is caramel-Malt. The beer is dominated from this malt."
