This hell bier poured a clear, amber color with creamy, white foam that persisted and clung to the glass a little. The smell was slightly sweet and malty. The taste was slightly sweet with a hint of bread followed by floral hops and finally with a bit of hop bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel was fairly clean with medium body and moderate carbonation. There was a mild hoppy aftertaste with a touch of sweetness. This was a good, light hell bier.
