Unfortunately I'm not too savvy with the technical bevvy review style, but in a quick word or two this was my take.
First time visiting the brewery.. which btw is pretty new for that part of town... not near a school/scene... kind of lost among the streets-turned-highways, chain restaurants and weathered suburbs... but right... to the beer!....
What a bitter mofo! Malty as ever, with eyes closed you'd guess its mother might be a red and father an imperial IPA. Drinks easy like an ale, nose not too overpowering, subtle and misleading about what your about to get. Too bitter/strong for my pallet, but seems to be a fave among the locals. Unique! That says a lot these days with all the micro IPA's straying very little from a basic recipe.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
