Dark mahogany pour with a beige head that leaves spotty lacing with an oily coating of the glass. Strong caramel nose, with some bourbon, vanilla, and oak. Taste follows the nose with additional sticky date flavor and some boozy warmth. Somewhat sweet overall. Full chewy body. Very good.
