16oz canned on 9-18-20. Opened on 10-2-20.
1 finger beige head. Falls to a solid cap and holds there.
Good looking darkest brown/mahogany beer with very good clarity. No lacing.
Deep, dark, brooding, sweet malt nose. Smells like a loaf of dark brown bread.
Touch of fruit/yeast, not sure what specifically I'm smelling.
Maple and smoke. Rich malt flavor...definitely liquid bread.
Medium body, low-medium carbonation. Full, coating mouthfeel.
Moderate length and only semi-sweet in the finish (nice for the style).
Very Good.
