Enjoyed on tap at the Flying Saucer Pub in Fort Worth.
Funky sour, crazy aromatic pineapples, mango, luscious, brilliant.
I'm not always a fan of of sour beers, but I liked this one.

12.7oz corked and capped, 2019 date. Opened 2-26-21.
Solid pop upon opening. 1/2" off white head, decent retention. Settles in as a solid cap.
Deep golden, not clear and not entirely hazy to start - clears up some later. No lacing.
Aromas of grapefruit, diesel, light brett funk, and a hint of wood.
Sour citrus, bitter grapefruit, stone fruit
Light body, bright mouthfeel and medium + carbonation and high acidity.
Big sour-tart flash followed by a bone dry and quick, refreshing finish.
Very Good.
