From a 12oz can canned on 05/18/2023
This is a very dark pouring beer, pretty much pitch black. There's a nice 2 finger brown head. The head has smaller looking bubbles. Nice frothy appearance. Great head retention and there's some good lacing on the glass.
Aroma is quite rich. I get a good roasted note here. I get some dark chocolate. I get a vanilla hit. I also get a good hit of marshmallow as well as a grainy malt aroma.
Taste - The flavors of this beer all work well together. I get a roasted dark chocolate hit. I get vanilla. I get a good grain/graham cracker flavor. I get a solid marshmallow flavor.
The body is pretty good. Very smooth and slightly creamy feeling. Maybe could be a bit thicker.
This is a damn good beer. A pleasure to try.

Thought I was going to have this on tap but turned out to be from a can. Poured into a snifter. Rich dark brown with fluffy beige head ad great curtain lacing. The smell and taste is as advertised. Chocolate and marshmallows with a bit of sweet graham cracker. The smell is better as the taste seems a bit artificial. Rich, smooth feel. Overall a nice milk stout.

Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance – The beer pours a deep brown color with a small head of dense tan colored foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a tiny bit of spider-web lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very strong of a milk chocolate and roasted malt smell mixed with a bit of a latte like aroma of coffee milk and crème. Mixed with these aromas comes a nice vanilla marshmallow smell as well as some aromas of brown sugar and toffee. Biscuit and graham cracker aromas are there as well, creating a rich and smore dessert like aroma overall.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet milk chocolate and vanilla marshmallow crème flavor mixed with some nice roasty malt and a touch of coffee with lots of creme. As a backbone there is a big sweetness of brown sugar and toffee as well as a rather persistent and consistent graham cracker flavor. As the taste advances the marshmallow gets stronger while the chocolate gets a bit lighter. At the same time there is a tiny bit of grain and a touch of smoke, that produce a very pleasant and rich smore taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is low. For the rich and dessert like nature of the brew the feel is fantastic, making for a very nice slow sipping dessert brew.
Overall – A very tasty dessert brew that is sweet and delicious, but not overwhelming. A fantastic dessert brew for a cooler day. Well worth a try.
