Inspired by the Drunken Nut pie from our friends at Emporium Pies, this seasonal Temptress is sweet, nutty, and best enjoyed in sweatpants. Since The Temptress so easily mingles with bold flavors and ingredients, we created The Seduction Series -- limited variations of our sinfully sultry brew.

Appearance: Deep mahogany in color, with a modest dark tan head of composed of minute bubbles. While modest, the head retains rather well. The lacing is scant, just a thin coating of incredibly fine beading about the glass wall.
Aroma: Notes of bitter cocoa and dark chocolate dominate the aroma. There is also a strong note of sweet alcohol and molasses, with an understated note of toasted pecans.
Taste: Opens with a moderately sweet note of dark chocolate, soon followed by molasses and a spicy warming alcohol note. As the taste progresses, there is a bit of burnt caramel and toasted pecans. With the close of the taste, caramel, wood and vanilla ascend, leaving in their wake a lingering note of wood, molasses and herbal hops.
Mouth feel: Quite smooth and full, with carbonation that seems almost phantasmal.
Drinkability/notes: Very nicely done. I regret that I did not find this until after the 2025 Winter holidays, it would have been an excellent accompaniment to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Still, it is an excellent dessert ale and would likely pair well with pecan or pumpkin pie, or shine on its own.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve-ounce aluminum can, served in a Duvel tulip glass.
