So im writing this now, post mortem. I liked the idea of midnight ninja, but this beer was straight up bad. Ive tasted infected homebrew that was less sour than this. WTF were they thinking.
Dark, midnight, lots of malt, but legit sour and not even in a good way. minor barrel character, overall... poor
