i do not believe they are actually making beer at this location anymore, its a beer bar and restaurant called mt pints now, but it sort of functions as their official taproom, as their production facility in town does not have a public space. they also have a northern idaho taproom but do not actually brew there either. this place would be a great location to brew at, and i can see why it worked here when it did, the place is huge, has a large dining area and even the potential for a couple of bars, outside space in front, room for tanks on the side, its open and sports bar feeling now, good selection of drafts even beyond just jeremiah johnson stuff, and i saw some ones from them i had not seen before. i loved the top knot hoppy amber, and will have to go back for the oktoberfest, but these guys make mostly very good beers across the board, a few weaker choices in the lineup, but in general its both popular and improving, and they are becoming a regional name for sure. it would be cool to reintroduce the brewery aspect here, or get a little taproom area at their production spot, but its nice they have this to engage with the public and pour their beers. the food here was above average too, service excellent, and they also have a full bar. worth checking out, even if they arent making beer here anymore...

A good place...chill and easy. Food is available inside/shared tenant.
Beer is good...not amazing but not offensive. I would return...
I would like to see a description of the beer somewhere. 5 IPAs on the board but no description...not good. The bartender, while nice, could only say one was happier than the other...

A great place to find oneself any day of the week and any time of the day.
It is actually like two places in one as Faster Basset coffee shop and the Front share a building and inside space. You walk in and on one side is the coffee shop and the other the brewery.
You actually order food from the coffee shop and beverages from the brewery and you can sit anywhere. They had a few tvs, and a full view of the brewery.
The beers were all good. The strong ale and the ipas were very good. I think they had 3-4 differing ipas. Not a bad beer. I think I tried them all cept for the light beer. Easily as good as Bowser. Which gives GF two dynamic breweries.
The food was fantastic. A very strong empahsis on local and sustainable foods. They have burgers and a full menu. Prices are fair and customer service is good. They need to explain better to order food at one place and beers at the other, but thats minor. Ate there for all three meals in a day while there cause it was that good! Just switched from the fair trade organic locally roasted coffee to locally craft brews by dinner.
