Pale yellow semi-clear appearance with a modest foamy head. Fruity, grapefruit, star fruit, orange, mild pine notes. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Appearance:
Dandelion gold with a soapy white head that’s shaped like a churning sea, frozen in time. Exhibits shoestring lacing and abridged retention.
Bouquet:
A blend of bold malts, subdued honeysuckle, and an underwhelming blip of hops.
Feel:
A slender, buttery body with slippery carbonation to match.
Taste:
A soft, welcoming bear hug of sweet malts with a hushed huddle of citrus hops looking on from behind it.

12oz bottle to 16 oz IPA Spiegelau. Pours light honey, nice head with mild lacing.
Smells of light citrus, maybe a little floral. Mild hop aroma is odd.. unbalanced. Malts are pretty strong, but not overpowering. Tastes very much the same as the smell. A few minutes in, the malts start to take over the taste. MF is light, with some carbonation, a tad bitter, but not heavy.
This is in the middle of the pack of standard IPA's. It's not great, it's not bad. I bought this at the brewery 2 month's ago, so I'm not sure if time has affected its flavor profile or not. There is no dating on the bottle. When I get back to the beach the next time, I'll re-sample and readjust my scoring, should that be needed.

Fresh growler into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy light gold, with a persistent white head. Initial impression is a nice blend of floral hops and citrus, with the citrus eventually dominating. Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. Very refreshing. Dry, somewhat bitter finish. Quite enjoyable.

Not as described on the label. I found this beer to be very malty on the finish and I never got the tropical or citrusy notes.
