L: Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates quickly and lots of lacing on the glass
S: Slightly earthy malt, fresh baked bread, a little bit of honey and some floral noble hops.
T: Earthy malt and some fresh baked bread mix with hints of honey and nice floral noble hop.
F: Medium body but crisp and easy drinking.
O: A very enjoyable gelled bock

Had on tap. Murkey yellow pour with a white head. German yeast leads the delicate nose with grains, grass and malt. Taste the grains hit hard up front, before receding into a more yeasty helles bock, sweet golden malts support. Body is thin and dry, malts just give out which you simply can't have in a bock bier.
