The bartender told me this beer will blow my face off. Well, I'll take that chance.

Prost's weissbeer filtered to cleanliness. It is a crystal clear, bright golden pour. Massive head that keeps on coming. Looks perfect.

Aroma is banan, a bit of biscuit, clove and nutmeg. Sharp rather than sweet smelling

Flavors follow the nose. Banana isn't as thick or creamy as the weissbeer, which isn't all that creamy to begin with, but this one just seems sharper. Esters here and there. nutmeg is fleeting a bit. Soft undertone of doughy biscuit.

Really nice beer, clean and crisp without the hop zest. Easy drinking
