Pours out looking like a proper gose, plenty of obscured clarity, light yellow color, 1/2" white head when scaled to size. Aroma was all like the beach, a little bit of spoiled seaweed, salt, and some spice rack.
Taste, ee gad, sauerkraut sucks. Near gag inducing. Couldn't even finish my small sampler of it. My dad dug it though. I just couldn't finish it. No matter what you might try to dummy this up with, I don't think I could get passed the use of sauerkraut. This was a strong contender for worst beer at the Strange Brew festival 2017. Still doesn't hold a candle to the shit turd that was the Sour Kimchi Ale from 2016, but whatever.
