For the most part these beers from Brewer's cabinet at the Strange Brew fest looked pretty similar: Golden pour, haziness abound, small white head. Aroma here was just straight up spice rack and hippy store.
Taste, the ginger stood out the most and actually wasn't terrible. Sure it had plenty of spice rack, but the relative dryness of the light toasted pale malt body was well done and this was just a nice warm weather sipper for a little bit. The beets gave it a little bit of color methinks, the lemongrass was nice and drying and the ginger drove the rest of the flavor.
Decent stuff.
