Another beer from Brewer's Cabinet at the Strange Brew 2018 festival. Comes in ruddy with parts of yellow, orange and light brown even. No head. Aroma was peppery, which you know, is alright.

Taste, I don't think this had mayonnaise in it (couldn't tell from the taste) but it did have some bitter spiciness to it. It wasn't enjoyable, I think I powered through about 2oz of this 'beer'. It was right about the time it started raining (something Brewer's Cabinet repeatedly avoided addressing). Ultimately, this is just an expression in adventurous, experimental brewing, it left almost nothing in terms of traditional beer ingredients impression wise. Hops, malt and yeast felt almost entirely absent. Some water, hot sauce and I dunno what else.
