1st review or rating of this beer on BA. Available in 6 pack cans. They even started dating their cans!
Pours a darker hibiscus like reddish shade. Smallish lighter pinkish head, 1/2" but quickly recedes. Aroma doesn't lean to heavy on the spice rack, the coriander and salt are there but not overwhelming. Bit of that floral hibiscus feel to it.
Solid "sour" component to the beer. 5 on a 10 pt scale, might be slightly heavier than average for a gose. Nice dry effect of what seems like hibiscus, rose petals, flowery like feels. Salt enough for a drying effect. Coriander and other spice rack contributions are appropriately de minimis. Mouth feel is light, yet floral and fruity. Good amount of flavor to this relatively sessionable beer. One of the best things Brewer's Cabinet makes, I rarely check them out due to the majority of their beers not being very good, infected or undated. Things are starting to turn around for them. Would happily buy this again at less than $10 per 6 pack at Winco.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
