12oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. Thin white head with the pour, and this subsists as a thin cap and higher ring. Leaves behind scattered lacing webs.
Aroma of toasted grain malts, with a whiff of citrus.
Taste has a subdued sweetness. Flavors of orange, grapefruit, and pine, with a toasted caramel malt base. Short lived aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Medium level of bitterness. Very good carbonation.
Registers as an IPA, but quite low key in nose and flavor expressions. Rather dull all around.

1st review of this beer on BA. Its better than the average undated Brewer's Cabinet ipa.
Pours a full on amber color leaning into auburn. Malty English ipa like appearance. 1/3" off white head. Aroma, eh, Brewer's Cabinet may have never dry hopped an ipa before, tough to tell, especially given that like 98% of their beers are undated. Anyways, the usual light bittering hop is noticeable underneath a heavier caramel and dust kind of aroma. Standard fare for this brewery.
Taste is an improvement, the Cascade hop really makes an older school appearance and saves this from just being completely an Ichy clone (another English ipaish beer made in the Reno/Sparks area). Grapefruit rind and pine creep up into equal territory with the malt heft. The mouth feel isn't as heavy and inundated with crystal malt as one might think. The Sorachi hop doesn't have too much impact, just giving a slight bit of variety from the Cascade, the lemon might help give levity to the mouth feel combatting the significant amount of barley. Better than expected, cool sticker. $9/6 pack at Winco.
