We brew an organic lager type of 5.0% alc.
It is brewed with organic pilsner malt from the German malthouse Bestmalz, which was founded in 1798. The malthouse is today a supplier to breweries all over the world, and is certified as an organic producer in both the EU and the USA.
Our organic beer is brewed with Saaz hops from the Czech Republic, as well as German Halletauer hops to give the beer a more marked bitterness.

Copenhagen 12/7 2021. 33 cl bottle. Gift from my in-laws. Some golden boilers on the label which is wooden brown.
Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin path of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sourish grainy scent mingling with a very light odor of sweet malts. Sweet pale malts. Citrus. Light skunk. Grass and saline notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong bitterness followed by a slightly more moderate sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite generic Danish Pilsener. A bit too sweet and nondescript.
