It’s no anchor Christmas ale but it is a solid beer . Would buy again .

L: amber body, foamy beige head
S: spice, caramel malt, bread crust
T: lots of holiday spice: maybe some cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, and clove? the beer is malty with notes of caramelized grain, bread crust; hops are modestly bitter while being earthy & herbal
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, spice from start to finish
O: too much spice for me - it overpowers everything
