I have to say I enjoy a stronger gose. Sea salt is light and primarily in the aftertaste. Good look and feel.

Poured from a can (canned 7/6) into a snifter.
L: Pale straw color, slightly cloudy. Bright white head with low retention.
S: Mild aroma. Noticeable lemon and coriander.
T: Light bready malt, tart lemon. Coriander is noticeable and perfect amount of salt. Beautiful balance.
F: Light bodied with good carbonation. Dry finish.
An excellent example of a traditional Gose without any added fruit or other flavors. There is a reason this won back-to-back GABF gold medals. This strikes a perfect balance between flavors that is crucial to a great Gose. Enough salt to be noticeable and leave you thirsty and wanting more, but not overly salty. Coriander is noticeable, great lemon taste and nice malt presence.

Light pale yellow with a decent couple of fingers of soft white foam that settles down to just a fuzzy cap before long.
Nose is grassy fresh and lightly tart with some german malts. After that first blush, there's an unmistakable fresh lemonjuice flavour. I don't get much if any salinity.
Sweet and tart lemon juice swell in the forefront before hitting kind of a blunt back end where cuts off abruptly.
Light and spritzy, it leaves a surprisingly sticky impression. Finish is the ghost of lemon.
Refreshing and enjoyable.

a crisp, tart, refreshing, and well made gose. maybe my favorite of the reubens beers i have had lately. like all of their stuff, this is fairly simple and straight forward, but its done properly, and the cleanness of the lacto souring is remarkable, its just a really tidy little lemony pucker, moderately acidic, and then gone, no slop to this, no sweat, no cheese, no flaws. i like how much i can taste the malt, pale wheat and pils types i think, really brought forward by the tartness in a cool way, very light, but also very flavorful. there is definitely some coriander in here too, seeds, sort off fresh ground tasting to me, herbal and nice with the lemon notes in the sour profile. salt is moderate, but adds a roundness to the feel and helps dry out the finish. i found this delicate and well carbonated, not too sour to drink a lot of, and extremely refreshing. in a session filled with quite a lot of gose types, this was a standout for me, a classic flavor profile for the style but really fresh and high quality. nice work.
edit: even better the second time around, way more refined than most, bright and light, less raw and cereal forward, clean as heck on the grain side but still flavorful, nice minerality and finishing dryness from the salt, fresh floral coriander, zested lemon, ocean water, dialed in to a really high degree, this stands out on quality alone. raising several scores to reflect how truly fantastic this is, summer 2024. they have made some strides with it, and its gold standard level for me now in a basic gose. i could drink this forever!

Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a one inch whipped egg white head; nice retention and plenty of squiggles
Smell: Sour and salty, the aroma has a cereal grain element with a hint of lemon
Taste: Lactic and grainy on the front end, with the salty element building through the middle; the coriander makes its presence felt, as well, and a lemony tartness finishes things off
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This is the closest to the real thing that I have encountered stateside

12oz can purchased at Huckleberry's in Spokane for $1.09 (this might have been in error, I'm not sure). My dear friend Rita, after a visit to Seattle, poured me a small sample of this several months ago, but this is my first full serving of it. No freshness date on the can. Incidentally, the can states it is 4.3% abv instead of 4.
Poured into a Whistle Punk shaker pint glass, this was a slightly hazy golden color, with a creamy, eggshell white head that dropped quickly.
Spicy and slightly lemony in the nose. The spiciness is pretty mellow, in keeping with the style. There's just a touch of earthiness as well.
Deliciously subtle flavor to this. Starts slightly lemony sweet. The middle of the taste is softly, subtly sour. The finish? Once again, it's mild and subtle, just a tiny bite of dryness lets you know it's done.
Light bodied and with a lightly crisp mouthfeel.
Really refreshing flavor to this. Light and lemony, without tasting like someone has added lemon flavoring to it. In fact, I believe this is the only Gose I've had that didn't have some sort of fruit added to it, so this might be as close as I can get to a traditional one. Really love this, and will be hitting it again this summer, count on it!

Slightly hazy, very light straw yellow; almost clear, with a white head. Good amount of coriander in the nose, along with salt and some lemon. Nice, big sour lemon bites up front and finishes with more lemon fruit flavor. Salt and coriander are nicely balanced in the flavor. The body is light and mildly creamy. The sourness doesn't linger.
