On tap at the brewery.
A: A pinkish/plum color with not much head. Kind of a pinkish film on top.
S: Hibiscus, wheat, lemons.
T: Such a unique combination. Take a base Gose (which was lightly salty, sour/tart, and wheaty) and pop up the flavor with a cool taste of hibiscus. It really ramped up the experience and made this one very quaffable.
M: Low to medium with low carbonation.
O: I loved this one. Of the 11 tasters we had, this one stuck out the most. Original and sinfully good.
