Russian Imperial Stout with Peruvian single-origin cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and a blend of Ancho, Guajillo and Chipotle Morita chilies. This big, rich beer has notes of chocolate spice, roast and a slight sweet heat.

I would've liked a bit more oomph, body, and complexity in the underlying base beer, but this was more than plenty good and tasty as is. The adjuncts, in particular, were nicely calibrated. Not too much, and not too little.
