Not generally into Pilsners, but this is the best I've tried. It's light, bright, and hoppy, but it also came recommended for its well roundedness. I liked its body and level of carbonation especially.

A generous, dense, persistent, white head sits on a body of nearly transparent pale straw. Big patches of sticky lacing are left behind. The aroma is crackers with a touch of lemon. The taste follows the nose. Crackers dominate with just enough lemony hops to balance. Very enjoyable Pils for a warm spring day.

Bottle into a nonic pint.
L: Pours bright orange golden with 1+ finger of medium density white head with good retention and left spiderweb lacing.
N: Nose is very crackery and bisquity forward. Some very subtle citrus hiding in there but quite faint, improved a bit as it warmed.
T: Inverts the nose being citrus forward with crackery undertones. Finishes with just a hint of bitterness and astringency, both clear the palate quickly.
F: Just enough body, medium carbonation, and just a tiny bit of tingling from the astringency and carbonation. Not as crisp as I'd like from a pils.
O: It's a good pils, but there's others I like better for my palate preferences.
