This is the first Mosaic fresh hop beer I've had this year. It's terrific. I'm not sure whether to credit the brewer, or credit the hops. There's a lot of pineapple in the taste, along with pine, and a solid bitter finish. Great flavor. The body is light, with good carbonation, making this a very crisp IPA. Among the best fresh hop beers I've had this year.

Golden amber with excellent clarity and a dense, persistent layer of white foam that leaves lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is predominantly grapefruit rind. The taste has notes of pine, tropical fruit, and grapefruit peel. Aftertaste has a hint of dankness and moderate bitterness. Pretty good wet hop IPA.

Reuben's is bringing some of Seattle's finest brews into the fresh hop mêlée, and this one is one of the best that I've sampled. This one is very similar to the Cowiche County Fresh Hop offered by Fremont, but is even better, imo, due to the tremendous Mosaic tingle on the finish. It definitely has that cannabis, pineapple, onion, grapefruit pith flavor I associate( and love) about Mosaic, brewed with a very clean and subtle, sweet cracker malt to balance out the awesome green bitterness. The carbonation is spot on, and the juicy to dry finish is perfect, love this beer
