A cloudy yellow with a lovely couple fingers of head. Lacing is pretty strong.
Nose is grapefruit and grape leaves. A distinct but soft bitterness is detected.
Taste follows, a softly bitter beer that starts bland. This one benefits from warmth, allowing the juice notes from the hops to come forth. Grapefruit rind, light hints of grassy white wine. Fairly clean, with an unexpected tiny-needle prickly carbonation.
A tasty option that is not overpowering my taste buds.
