Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. The finish is medium dry and lingering mild bitterness.
Overall a tasty West Coast IPA. Packaged 9/11/20.

6pk cans bought at Seattle grocery store, canned on 10/13/19....so 2 weeks old.
Pours clear gold, head diminishes to a skim pretty quickly. Lacing is light.
Aroma and taste dominated by the cat pissy dankness of Mosaic. Taste is clean, bright, quite sessionable. Aftertaste is a bit thick & chewy, but not quite sticky. .
Very good IPA, occupying a unique spot in Reuben's line-up. At the $9 I paid, very good IPA value for money.

Pours a clear bright yellow with big white foam in the stout goblet. Mouthfeel is substantial with melting, velvety carbonation. Very aromatic with papaya and honeysuckle. This is so fruity and lush, not to mention clean and non-hazy! Tastes of green ripe melon, ripe green grapes.
Aftertaste has enough bitterness for balance. Not overly sweet but lots of mellow malt. Well, it's just a little sticky, but in a nice way. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggen Market. I'm going back for the six pack of 12 ozers.

Crystal clear, golden body; fine carbonation; thick and sculpted head. Sharp and resinous pine aroma; a touch of cereal grain. Clean and gently sweet taste; nice esters, a bit of cantaloupe; great hop bitterness complementing the malt base. Medium body; somewhat glassy yet also have some mild granular bite; finishes dry overall but with a gentle sweetness to take the edge off.
This is a well-rounded IPA, balanced with a very approachable complexity (meaning there is no tongue-ripping craziness or out-there ABV shenanigans). It is clean, crisp, and dutifully refreshing.

New 22oz bottle from Reuben's. Served in a curved glass. Pale yellow and perfectly clear, with not too much head. Fruity hop aroma suggests apricots to me, maybe even mango. Flavor is big on alpha bitterness but also carries the fruit flavor forward into the mouth. The "moreish" quality comes from delicious, strong flavors that finish extremely clean. A beer this unbalanced has no business finishing so dry and clean. After my first few sips I'm really liking this quite a lot.
At 6.7% ABV and 60 IBU it's dangerously drinkable. It remains to be seen if the powerful simcoe/mosaic hop flavor will tire my palate, but initial reviews are very strong here.

12oz can, dated 10/7/19, poured into 14oz teku. Poured a brightly clear and clean light gold color with about 1/3 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma was bright, piney hops on top of a subtle malt base.
Similar on the tongue, with a bit of citrusy hops showing through as well.
The body was on the light side for the style, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, not sure I'd go for multiples pours in a row, but will certainly drink it again.
Overall, another solidly above average brew from Reubens. Certainly worth trying if you see it.

Six pack of cans purchased at Safeway in Bothell, Washington.
PKGD 08/26/19. Poured in to a pint glass.
Look- Slightly hazy golden honey color, modest off-white head minimal retention, spotty lacing. Nice carbonation streams as it sits.
Smell- Big pineapple and citrus (tangerine, lemon and grapefruit) up front, Mango and passion fruit, some peach or nectarine, crackery malt, light dank and pine.
Taste- Follows the nose, Well balanced between the hops and malt, light bitterness. Tangy hop acids.
Feel- Medium/light body, semi dry and crisp. Nice carbonation on the tongue.
O- Amazing how this is the same hop profile that 10 Barrel Joe uses, but the flavor is completely different. If you can find this, it's a must try. Probably my favorite Reuben's offering to date.
