Can from ABV.
A crystal clear light yellow with a dense, white head, fluffy, thick and long lasting, this looks good. The nose is a soft, spicy, grainy and delicately floral pilsner, surprisingly restrained while also all the better for it. A soft sweetness, grainy, lightly doughy and sweet with a touch of straw which is paired quite wonderfully with a delicate, lemony and earthy hop character. Limpid, bright and honest. The palate opens mildly bitter with a delicate sweetness to complement it. Earthy, mildly minty, moderately lemon peel like in nature, there's a nice depth to the bitterness here. This is followed by a soft, well-rounded, delicately doughy sweetness. Arguably a little too soft. Light in body, a little too light, maybe, softly carbonated, allowing the sweetness to step out front. Drying, lightly bitter finish. Very good.
