Clear amber brew with long-lasting foam in the big Stout glass. Pleasant malty start with just a little sweetness. Plenty of spritz on the tongue with a sharp note. Aromatic with citrus and a breeze of pine. Rather hot with flavors of lime and grapefruit peel. Quite moderate bitterness. Quite a tasty hopped up brew for sipping. This is brewed with "a pinch of rye" and Pacific Northwest hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market in Shoreline.
