Inspired by our founders' Korean heritage, we used Pilsner malt and flaked rice to brew a dry, delicate, and easy-drinking lager comparable to those you would find in East Asia. Softly sweet with a subtle floral aroma and a clean finish.

Clear pale golden brew with plenty of foam in the spiky tumbler. Just malty enough with a clean hint of rice. Aromatic with cereal and rice in the nose. Clean, crisp, and nicely carbonated. Very light flavors but pleasing. Faint bit of bitterness in the aftertaste along with a hint of leafy hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 05/08/24.
