A hazy IPA featuring bright and fruity Luminosa hops. Astonishingly aromatic, this beer delivers notes of candied orange peel, ripe tropical fruit, and juicy, jammy boysenberry in a soft and pillowy package.
Malts: 2-Row, Honey Malt, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Carapils
Hops: Luminosa, Azacca, Mosaic, Citra

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/15/24; part of the 2024 Reuben’s advent calendar.
Appearance: pale medium golden hue with a thick haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: malt is sweet with a crackery note, and hops are earthy with a dank-ish tropical character. Not preciesly juicy, but I like it.
Taste: like the aroma, the malt is plenty sweet. The hops have passionfruit, papaya, and melon character; the overall effect is earthy, but quite good. It’s maybe a bit on the sweet side, but still, I am definitely down with this beer.
Mouthfeel: pretty big body for an IPA with plenty of carbonation and a rich, smooth creaminess. Very good indeed.
Overall: while this beer is edging its way to being too sweet for me, I’m still totally digging it.
