Part of our series of heavily fruited sour ales featuring dynamic combinations of fruit, this release includes tangy cranberry and zesty orange in a harmony of holiday flavor. Mega-juicy with a nice, tart finish.

Poured from 16oz can into my Belvárosi sörfesztivál tulip. Canned 11/15/24; this came as part of my 2024 Reuben's advent calendar.
Appearance: kind of a pale-pink salmonberry hue, with a dash of haze and a nice effervescence. Head is a finger of frothy pink foam; it looks nice.
Smell: sweet and slightly tart aroma; there's definitely a Jolly Rancher kind of thing going on here. I pick up orange more than cranberry, but it does have kind of a festive character. I like it.
Taste: bright but not super duper tart; there's a bit of sweetness and a nice earthy character that really balance it (maybe just a little funk in there too). The orange is more subdued but I think the cranberry comes out a bit more. A nice beverage!
Mouthfeel: light body with a decent carbonation and light creaminess.
Overall: a very nice and festive fruit sour. I really appreciate a fruited kettle sour that is NOT a milkshake, you know?
