Full of character like its namesake, this malt-forward beer celebrates the career of Seattle beer industry vet Larry Rock. After spending nearly 40 years as a brewing professional, including time at Maritime Pacific Brewing, Hales Ales, NW Beverages, and most recently, here at Reuben's Brews, Larry is retiring.

We're sure going to miss him around here, and couldn't let him go without a little liquid tribute. Fittingly for a man who's also a talented musician, we improvised on a traditional Bock recipe (one of his favorite styles) by adding an unconventional hop for a tropical accent note. Golden-hued and medium-bodied with aromas of grapefruit, earthy tea, honey, and bread dough, Rock Bock is every bit as interesting and inimitable as it's source of inspiration.
