Here's a stud of a review that came from a guy who didn't just add the beer and dip out, nah, he put down words and stuff.
Pours a clear golden color, makes sense with the blond designation. Clear. Clarity. Opulence. I has it. 1/3" white head. The aroma is well, Mosaic hops. Tropical weed, bright berries, guava. Back when the old stuff was new.
The taste is really the way to go for single hop beers. Its just a basic reductionist 2 row meets Mosaic hops. That's it, that's the beer. Ok maybe there's some pilsner malt, I dunno, but the point is, this is basic AF and that is a compliment in the single hop beer world. Light grain and tons of bursting tropical Mosaic fruitiness. Its almost the closest to fruit stripe gum you can get in a beer. No lactose, don't get it twisted. Good mouth feel, finishes so fresh and so clean. Just the right amount of bitterness for this old chap. Might have benefitted from a tad more pumped up blonde ale into maybe just a pale ale, but whatever, still good.
