Didn't know what to expect. Had to look up English Old Ale style. Pours a dark, red color. Not much head. Tastes like fruit that has turned, which is the wine coming through. Eaglemonk says it's the whiskey notes. Wasn't sure I liked it when I started but it grew on me.
