Poured from 330mL bottle into a pint glass. It says to consume by September 2014, but I'm feeling adventurous.
Appearance: murky dark-yellow hue with lots of floaties and a finger of frothy white foam. Not too bad, I suppose.
Smell: lightly malty with a hop character which is pungent yet earthy. There's a little bit of soapiness to it, but it's not a bad thing. Not too bad an aroma, especially for such a low-abv beer.
Taste: more citrusy that the aroma, and more grainy as well. Again, the combination yields a light soapiness. It's not bad, but I don't quite like it as much as the aroma.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a pretty decent creaminess. Not bad.
Overall: this is an interesting beer, in that it is both piquant and earthy. It's not at all bad, but it's not my favorite beer of the style. I do like seeing a craft English bitter coming out of Spain, though -- a good sign for craft beer worldwide.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium coppery amber with a fizzy two finger white head that dissipates quickly to a thick cap, leaving lots of big bubble lacing. Some floating particulates. Aroma of light biscuit malt and grassy hops with a hint of dankness, light citrus. Flavor is bisquit malt, citrus and grassy hops, finishing with grapefruit rind and a good grassy, slightly herbal hop bitterness. Much more intensely bittered than a standard English bitter (which in my opinion is a plus) and remarkable hops and flavor for a 3.5% beer. The malt is nicley Brtish influenced and the hopping leans towards a light European IPA; I'm fairly impressed.
