Finally I´ve found my notes !! On-tap. 1/2 pt glass. Enjoyed on dec´11 at I Fest´-hi in Vilanova (Barcelona). Pours very dark brown. Creamy froth creates a thick, creamy & lasting froth. Lacing rings & spots are left on sides. Roasted malt aromas & black bread hues. Pungent bitter upfront barely balanced by malts. Medium to full body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Quince astringency in the middle but creamy mouthfeel. Sharp & dry bitter finish. Refreshing. Nice spot of American Porter style.
