Au Naturale Stout is our ode to doing things the right way instead of the easy way. We sourced a high quality cocoa and a smooth, creamy lactose to create a silky, milk chocolate flavor, then used a blend of real toasted and untoasted hazelnut to create a subtle, nutty (nutty..ha!) finish that hides the 9.2% ABV perfectly. While other breweries are content to use flavor extracts to make in-your-face dessert beers, we prefer to put in the extra work to craft a delicious, balanced brew that keeps things all natural.
