On tap poured into 10 Oz snifter
A: Very small light head white in color body is a straw gold in color with excellent clarity.
S: light wheat slight saltiness a little coriander and orange.
T: Very dialed back saltiness, wheat is huge in your face starts up like it will be sour but isn't.
M: Nice light bodied and fairly clean or crisp.
O: it's an average gose, no sourness, no saltiness just miles of wheat. If that is your thing you might love it.
