Look: Deep cola black. Average white head that quickly dissipates.
Smell: Roasted chocolate malt, sweet cherry, mild hop scent.
Taste: Strong roasted coffee flavor from the malt, backed by hop bitterness. Light sweetness.
Mouthfeel: A little bit too thin. High carbonation.
Overall: A solid, extremely “roasty” stout.
