Is a 100% barrel fermented sour porter with graham cracker and nuts. They used traditional porter grain Bill then fermented then wort with a blend of ale yeast. Lactobacillus and two strains of Brettanomyces fr a complex blend of tartness, roast, and funk. additions of graham cracker, tiger nut, cashew, almond, and chestnut add a hint of honey and vanilla
