Look: Hazy dark gold. Two fingers of thick white head with very long retention.
Smell: Bready, slightly metallic bitterness. Faint.
Taste: Biscuity, mild bitterness at the back with little hop flavor to accompany. Finish as clean as Diet Coke, with nothing “sticking.”
Mouthfeel: A little creamy, good level of carbonation.
Overall: A definite example of the style, and highly drinkable, but not a standout.
