Pucker up for our fresh-out-the-oven blackberry cobbler sour. This refreshingly tart Florida Weisse is brewed with over a pound-per-gallon of Oregon-grown Marionberries, and rested on fresh vanilla beans and cinnamon. Balanced with a nostalgic blend of spices, and a pinch of lactose, this sweet and tangy sour evolves with a scratch-made appeal. Tangy blackberries are quickly followed by a pie crust malt character, offering a flaky cobbler finish, reminiscent of an afternoon in gramma's kitchen.
