Look: Clear light gold. Two fingers of sudsy white head with good retention.
Smell: Fruity and sweet, with a bit of corn.
Taste: Typical adjunct lager flavor like PBR, with very mild bitterness. No skunking like many cheap beers suffer from regularly.
Mouthfeel: Full and smooth, with fairly high carbonation.
Overall: While typical to the adjunct corn beer flavor, Hourglass is much better at avoiding the flaws that permeate the cheaper macro beers.
