I sit beside the fire and think of all that I have had to drink. Of Leaves and Yellow Gossamer aged 16 months in Ex-XO Cognac/Maple barrels were. Notes of candied maple so syrupy sweet, it brings molten richness that can't be beat. But while I sip the stout comes to an end, so I'll order another of this sweet Imperial blend.
