Growler picked up at the Growler Guys in Meridian... Pours beautiful polished orange with a short lived white head... Pithy citrus and some bigger piney hops.. Big bitterness, but not a killer.. A little boozy, but not overdone... Sweetish pale malt mid palate tempers the hop flavor a bit much IMO... Definitely a bruiser of a DIPA, nicely done... I bet it was great when super fresh.
