In this IPA we used pine needles and Chinook hops to give a piney, floral nose and Mosaic hops to provide a citrus balance. The addition of rye and white wheat give it its full body.

This beer pours an almost hazy yellow with minimal head. The aroma is piney and citrus with a neutral mouthfeel. The taste is piney hops with a slight amount of bitterness and a little citrus sweetness. Very interesting taste. Not my favorite, but not bad either. 50 IBU Rated 4-12-2022
