Hinterwalder, meaning Backwoods in German.
This crisp, light bodied Pilsner is packed full of traditional German ingredients. German noble hops provide a floral aroma while the sweetness from the Weyerman Pilsner malt balances out the bitterness.
Hops: German Northern Brewer, Hallertauer Mittlefruh

Pours a clear golden color with a small head and not much aroma. What there is, is mild citrus and a slight bitterness with an average mouthfeel. Decent German style Pilsner. 15 IBUs Rated 4-19-2024
